- 150g skimmed natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander (or parsley)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Mix the ingredients well, and keep it in the fridge until serving.
Enough for 4 servings.
