• 150g skimmed natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander (or parsley)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice


Mix the ingredients well, and keep it in the fridge until serving.
