Shaped, breaded and quick-frozen finished product manufactured with the use of mechanically separated turkey meat and mechanically deboned turkey meat
Preparation instructions (recommended)
In frying pan and deep fryer
The product should be heated in plenty of boiling oil or some other fat in its frozen condition (i.e. without defrosting) at 160 °C for 2-3 minutes.
Put the product in a baking pan lined with parchment paper, thinly oil it and put it into the fan assisted oven preheated to 200 °C and fry it for 11 to 13 minutes until it is ready. At half of the prescribed preparation time turn over the product.
Ingredients: bread [wheat flour, potable water, sunflower oil, table salt, yeast, spices (turmeric, paprika)], potable water, mechanically separated turkey meat (19%), poultry skin, breadcrumbs (whet flour, yeast, table salt), flavouring mixture [table salt, corn starch, soy protein, spices, flavour enhancers (sodium-glutamate), dextrose, spice extracts], mechanically deboned turkey meat (2%)
