  1. Cook the potatoes half-ready in salty water, and peel them.
  2. Put the potatoes in a heat-proof bowl, sprinkle with salt, freshly grinded pepper, rosemary and pour duck or goose fat on top.
  3. Bake it until its golden in a preheated oven.

Baking temperature: 180°C
